Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how OpsRevive handles personal data when you use the website, submit a technical request, communicate through the ticket portal, subscribe to email updates or make a payment.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide may include your name, email address, company name, website or server hostname, affected service, selected priority, issue description, ticket messages and service history.
When needed to investigate a request, you may also provide technical information such as IP addresses, logs, configuration details and access credentials.
Operational records may include request times, browser and network information, user agent data, IP-related information and records used to operate the service, investigate problems and prevent abuse.
3. Newsletter and first-time client credit
If you subscribe to OpsRevive email updates, we process your email address, subscription source, consent record, subscription and unsubscribe status and information needed to send and administer those emails.
We may also store a hashed representation of the IP address used when subscribing, browser user agent information and the version and wording of the consent shown at signup.
Where a first-time client credit is offered, OpsRevive may store an individual credit code together with its value, currency information and reservation or redemption status. This information is used to apply and manage the credit.
Marketing emails may include technical tips, service updates and occasional offers. You can unsubscribe using the link provided in marketing emails.
4. Country signal and localized pricing
OpsRevive may use a country code supplied by Cloudflare, such as the CF-IPCountry request header, to select the currency and localized price shown to a visitor.
This country-level signal does not provide OpsRevive with your precise street location. It is used to adapt pricing and may also form part of operational records needed to understand how the service is being used.
5. Why we use information
Personal data is used to receive and administer requests, provide technical services, communicate about tickets, process and record payments, operate the website, manage promotional credits, send emails you requested, prevent abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Legal bases for processing
Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, or act on consent you have provided.
Marketing emails are sent on the basis of the consent recorded when you subscribe. You may withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing.
7. Access credentials
Credentials submitted through the ticket portal are treated as sensitive operational information. Stored secrets are encrypted.
Credentials may be deleted automatically when they expire, manually when they are no longer needed, when deletion is requested or when the relevant ticket is closed.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card numbers and card security codes are entered into Stripe's payment environment and are not stored by OpsRevive.
OpsRevive retains payment-related records such as payment status, amount, original amount, discount amount, currency, transaction identifiers and the legal terms version associated with the payment where needed for service administration, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations.
9. Analytics, cookies and local storage
The website uses functionality needed to operate sessions, forms, the ticket portal, abuse prevention and other essential features.
Optional analytics are loaded only after Analytics consent. These analytics may include Cloudflare Web Analytics, Umami and OpsRevive first-party analytics and may process technical and usage information about visits to the website.
Browser storage may also be used for interface functionality, including remembering cookie and analytics preferences.
OpsRevive does not currently use advertising cookies to provide the technical request service.
10. Abuse prevention
OpsRevive uses services such as Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate users from automated or abusive traffic. These services may process technical browser and network information for abuse prevention purposes.
11. Sharing of information
Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website, deliver email, process payments, provide hosting or infrastructure, perform analytics, prevent abuse or comply with law.
Current providers may include services supplied by Cloudflare, Stripe and email, hosting or analytics providers used by OpsRevive.
OpsRevive does not sell personal data.
12. International processing
Some service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, international transfers are handled using safeguards recognised by applicable data protection law.
13. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including providing requested services, maintaining operational and payment records, managing email subscriptions, resolving disputes and satisfying accounting or legal obligations.
Access credentials are subject to shorter operational retention and deletion as described above.
14. Protection of information
OpsRevive uses technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely free from risk.
15. Your rights
Depending on applicable data protection law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data and to object to certain processing.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
16. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when the service, providers, processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version and update date are shown on this page.
17. Contact
Privacy requests and questions can be submitted through the OpsRevive contact page.
