Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of OpsRevive, including paid technical requests, ticket communication, payments and related services.
By purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business or organisation you represent.
2. Who may use the service
OpsRevive may be used by individual consumers as well as businesses and professionals.
If you purchase on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to make the purchase and grant any server or account access required for the ticket.
3. Service scope
The fee shown for a request covers one ticket for investigation and troubleshooting of the technical issue described in that request.
The service may include diagnosis, review of configuration and logs, root-cause analysis, recommendations and reasonable remediation steps relevant to the reported problem.
Work outside the original ticket scope, including substantial migrations, development work, ongoing administration or unrelated problems, may require a separate agreement or fee.
4. Priority and timing
Different request priorities may be offered with different pricing and intended handling times.
Priority descriptions indicate the order and urgency with which OpsRevive intends to handle a request. They are not a guaranteed resolution deadline because completion time can depend on the technical problem, access availability, customer responses and third-party systems.
5. Localized prices and currencies
OpsRevive may display localized prices according to a visitor's country signal. Supported checkout currencies may include EUR, USD, GBP, CAD and AUD.
Localized prices may be set independently and are not necessarily a direct real-time foreign-exchange conversion of another displayed price.
The amount and currency shown for a request before payment are stored with that request and used when creating its Stripe checkout. If a supported country or currency cannot be determined, EUR pricing may be used.
6. Promotional credits
OpsRevive may offer first-time client or other promotional credits. A promotional credit may be associated with a specific subscriber or recipient and may be limited to one use.
A credit may be reserved to a ticket when applied. The amount actually applied to the request is shown before payment and is recorded with that request.
Promotional credits have no cash redemption value and may not be duplicated, transferred or used in a way intended to bypass offer restrictions.
7. Payment
The price displayed before checkout is the price payable for the selected service after any valid credit shown for that request. Payments are processed by Stripe.
OpsRevive does not store complete payment card details.
A paid request is considered accepted for processing once payment has been successfully confirmed.
8. Access and authority
You must have lawful authority to provide access to every server, account, domain, application or other system included in a ticket.
By submitting credentials or granting access, you authorise OpsRevive to use that access only as reasonably necessary to investigate and handle the ticket.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, responding to reasonable requests for information and maintaining appropriate backups of important systems and data.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, you remain responsible for your infrastructure, accounts, software licences, third-party services and backup strategy.
10. Credentials and access details
Credentials submitted through the ticket portal are handled separately from ordinary ticket messages. Stored secrets are encrypted and may be deleted when they expire, when they are no longer required, when you request deletion or when the ticket is closed.
Do not send passwords or other access credentials through ordinary ticket descriptions or ordinary email unless specifically requested through the designated access process.
11. No guarantee of resolution
Technical problems can depend on software, hardware, networks, external providers, customer configuration and other factors outside OpsRevive's control.
Payment is for professional investigation and technical work, not a guarantee that every fault can be completely repaired, recovered or prevented from recurring.
12. Cancellations, refunds and consumer withdrawal
If work has not started, you may request cancellation. Where OpsRevive is unable or unwilling to provide the purchased service, the relevant payment will be refunded.
Consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to withdraw from the service contract within 14 days from its conclusion, subject to applicable law.
If you are purchasing as an individual and request that the service begins during the withdrawal period, work may begin immediately. If you withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already provided where permitted by law.
Once the service has been fully performed following your prior express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
Business and professional purchases are not subject to consumer withdrawal rights. Once substantive work has begun, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise agreed by OpsRevive.
13. Third-party services
A ticket may involve third-party hosting companies, domain registrars, cloud platforms, software vendors, payment providers or other services. OpsRevive does not control their availability, policies, systems or actions.
Third-party charges are not included in the OpsRevive fee unless expressly stated.
14. Confidentiality and personal data
Information supplied through a ticket will be used for providing and administering the service, operating the ticket workflow, maintaining security and meeting applicable legal obligations.
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
15. Prohibited use
You may not use OpsRevive to obtain unauthorised access to systems, facilitate malware, fraud, abuse, unlawful surveillance or other illegal activity.
OpsRevive may refuse or stop work where there is a reasonable security, legal or abuse concern.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpsRevive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or data.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aggregate liability arising from a paid ticket will not exceed the amount paid to OpsRevive for that ticket.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Suspension and termination
OpsRevive may suspend or terminate a ticket where required for security or legal reasons, where access is unauthorised, where abusive conduct occurs or where continuing the service would create unreasonable risk.
18. Changes to these Terms
OpsRevive may update these Terms for future purchases. The version accepted when a payment is initiated is recorded with the payment record.
19. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the OpsRevive contact page.
